Mondays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 5:15

BOTTOMS UP - Lower Body & Abs 

Tuesdays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 5:15

Sculpting your lower body while keeping your heart rate in a fat-burning state.   

GUNSHOW - Arms, Shoulders & Abs 

Wednesdays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 5:15

Sculpting your arms, shoulders & abs while keeping your heart rate in a fat-burning state.  

 

BODY BURN - Full Body Shred

Thursdays - 6:15, 8:30, 9:45, and 5:15  

Increase your burn, bust through plateaus, & shake up your lymphatic & circulatory system with this lighter weight, high rep ass kicker. In this class we offer both low & high impact moves.  

BODY BUILD - Full Body Strength

Fridays - 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45,11:00, and 4:15

Strengthen & sculpt your entire body while keeping your heart rate in a fat-burning state. Abs are always a bonus throughout every workout!

WEEKEND WARRIOR - Full Body Lift

Saturdays - 7:30, 8:45, 10:00 & 11:15

Sundays - 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 12:15
