Our Policies
As a weightlifting studio, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all of our members. In order to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere, we have established the following policies:

DRESS CODE
Don't worry... no suits or gowns are required. Just the attire to have a comfortable and safe workout!

Comfortable workout clothes

Tennis shoes and/or weight training shoes

Water & towel (We have both for sale)

Weightlifting gloves are optional but helpful!

WAITLIST
Each class has 20 benches available, and as soon as those spaces are filled a Waitlist is created. If you get off the Waitlist the night before you will receive an automated text, respond accordingly. If you get off the Waitlist the morning of your class time we will notify you. You will have 35 minutes to confirm your spot before we move onto the next person on the waitlist. If you get in off the waitlist and are 'Unpaid,' we will need a form of payment to hold your spot in class.

LATE TO CLASS
We have a strict 5 minute late to class policy. After the 5 minute warm up is over you will no longer be admitted into class, and it will be considered a late cancel. We enforce this rule for the safety of you and the other members in your class.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of classes need a minimum of 12 hours notice, or the appointment and/or class will be charged in full and will result in the loss of your class.
For our Monthly Unlimited Members: Cancellations of classes also need a minimum of 12 hours notice or a $15 fee will be charged.

NO SHOW FEE
A $20 fee will be charged for No-Shows (Unlimited Members Included), as we have no time to fill the spot with a person on the waitlist. Please call/text/email the studio if you need to cancel.

EXPIRATIONS
Our 5, 10 & 20 Class Packs have a 6 month expiration (Extensions are only considered for medical reasons and require written proof).
Our 3 Class Intros have a 7 day expiration from date of purchase.
(No Exceptions).

REFFERAL REMINDERS
Referral Classes are for LA Residents / Potential Clients ONLY.

INTRO CLASS
If referred by someone, you can choose between a 3 for $30 Intro Offer or a Free Referral Class, not both. Intro classes have a one week expiration from date of purchase.

DOUBLE BOOKING
For full classes - please no double booking.
If you are registered for a class & are on the waitlist for a different class, please cancel yourself from the waitlist.
Once you register for a class, the cancellation policy applies.

SWITCHING CLASSES
If you cannot make it to your original class time we can move you to another class time that day (as long as neither class is full). We DO NOT switch classes between days.

PURCHASE POLICY
Purchased appointments, classes, packages, and memberships are all non-refundable.
