IM CLASSES

The key to transforming your body is consistency & keeping your body "on its toes" so it never plateaus. For this reason, we rotate monthly through 3 different regimens (aka: splits).  

1.
The "Bro" Split. 
Created to maximize muscle growth, this split is designed to thoroughly exhaust 1-2 muscle groups before giving them the needed time to repair & build.
Mon - Chest, back & abs.
Tues - Lower body & abs.
Wed - Arms, shoulders & abs.
Thurs - Lower body, HIIT, & abs.
Fri, Sat, Sun - Full body

2.
The "PLP" Split.
This split focuses on movement patterns rather than isolated muscles, allowing you to train more frequently while giving adequate recovery time.
Mon - Pushing movements (Chest, shoulders & triceps) & abs.
Tues - Lower body & abs  
Wed - Pulling movements (Back & biceps) & abs.
Thurs - Lower body, HIIT, & abs.
Fri, Sat, Sun - Full body

3.
The IM Recovery Split
Our curated split is geared for building strength, improving balance, & increasing endurance through muscle confusion. 
Mon - Squat, push, & abs.
Tues - Offset & unilateral movements.
Wed - Hinge, push, & abs. 
Thurs - Lower body, HIIT, & abs.
Fri, Sat, Sun - Full body.

SUPERHERO - Chest, Back & Abs

Mondays - 6:10, 7:20, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 5:15

Sculpting your chest, back & abs while burning fat, boosting your metabolism, improving posture..& the list goes on!

 

BOTTOMS UP - Lower Body & Abs 

Tuesdays - 6:10, 7:20, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 5:15

Sculpting your lower body & abs while burning fat, boosting your metabolism, building bone density..& the list goes on!

GUNSHOW - Arms, Shoulders & Abs 

Wednesdays - 6:10, 7:20, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 & 5:15

Sculpting your arms, shoulders & abs while burning fat, boosting metabolism, improving posture..& the list goes on!

 

BOOTY BURN - Lower Body HIIT & Abs

Thursdays - 8:30, 9:45 & 5:15.

Sculpting your lower body and core while improving circulatory system, lymphatic drainage, cardiovascular endurance..oh and having a damn good time!

BODY BUILD - Full Body Strength

Fridays - 6:10, 7:20, 8:30, 9:45,11:00 & 4:15

Strengthen & sculpt your entire body while keeping your heart rate in a fat-burning state. Abs are always a bonus throughout every workout!

WEEKEND WARRIOR - Full Body Shred & Lift

Saturdays - 7:30, 8:45, 10:00 & 11:15
