Our single form sessions are for those that want to learn proper form before joining our group classes, or are needing special attention for injury rehabbing, confidence building, or reaching goals.
Rate - $100 a session.
Have a goal you’re trying to reach, and need a customized plan for success? That is what private training is all about. Our trainers will coach you through a nutrition and fitness plan that is curated for your personal goals.
- $100 per single session.
- $90 with 10 pack or more.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
If you’re not quite ready for a larger group or need the accountability of a workout buddy, semi private sessions offer the personal attention of private training but at a sweeter rate!
2 People - $55 Per Person
3 People - $45 Per Person
4 People - $35 Per Person
